I am an associate in the Finance Group of Linklaters’ New York office. My practice focuses on a variety of international capital markets and banking transactions, particularly in Latin America. I regularly represent underwriters and issuers, including sovereigns, in SEC-registered initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and other debt as well as exempt equity and debt offerings.
