I work on a variety of transactions, including private equity investments, bankruptcy restructurings, and debt and equity offerings. I have also advised on a variety of corporate tax issues, including tax-free reorganizations and spin-offs as well as taxable acquisitions and dispositions, in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Linklaters, I gained extensive M&A tax experience as a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm.
