My practice focuses on corporate and international tax matters. I have extensive experience representing multi-national clients on a variety of tax transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, spin-offs and liquidations. I also have significant experience with the consolidated return regulations and section 382 issues. From 2003 to 2007, I worked in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate) at the IRS, where I worked on published guidance, technical advice memoranda, private letter rulings and other matters concerning corporate tax transactions and issues.
